Lots of articles on SL out there, looks like peace coming.
On the entry page of - sierra-leone.org - there is a jpg of 'Koidu', a photo of a village ... Koidu is also the name of dmw's most advanced property in SL, i wonder if it's the same place or a common name like Whiskey Creek or Quebrada Seca - diamondworks.com

With 'peace' arrived, it's likely just a matter of time before dmw gets rolling again on Koidu. And maybe not much time. They were building a 20t/hr plant there when the coup happened ... I wonder in what condition is the machinery and equipment. Rich property, 2.6mil carats proven, 1.9mil inferred ... these are ~$200US carats, if memory serves - the 10,000 tonne bulk sample was to have paid for itself.
All it takes is peace, and it looks like that's here.
