If I may respond I know a little about them as they are based here in Ireland. Although it seems they have made a breakthrough in the treatment/prevention of Alzheimer's to counteract this good news the stock was down yesterday as they are under investigation for their accounting practices by the SEC. There was also talk not too long ago that they may be a takeover target by one or other of the major pharma. companies

ELN.. well if you think holding this for over 5 years then I'd say, through splits and even when I was in England I still had ELN.. I touted on the thread in the last couple of quarters and it was an earnings play 2 or 3 times last year, but stopped recently because of other higher flyers like BGEN,AZA, ADRX, SEPR, CNTO, IMNX but I never sold it.
