Lance... You are aware of Thomas Kernagen and his association with GEM advisors Inc. Don't you. His MO iiis available on a ton of threads. He lends money to startups or struggling companies in the form of Debentures or preferred shares, all floorless convertable to common stock. He resides in the Bahammas, although his company is based in Canada. He drove APTX and AGTI out of business. There are quite a few others.

If one was to listen to ISOMAN one would think that EVERY company that GEM has been associated with has gone out of business or is trading much less then when they started. This is the farthest thing from the truth. But of course PISS ANTS only like to tell PART of the story. Often these companies make poor business decisions so they blame someone else other than themselves. Like I said we need to know more about this deal. The CEO is in a meeting today. From what I have gathered so far is that the STOCK is indeed RESTRICTED. More will be revealed. ISOMAN can be proud that he helped some people loose allot of money today.
