A very poor analogy, Dave. AZNT/RETN never had any kind of negotiations in the works with Sweet Factory, according to SF CEO Bob Bell. Bell said to me that he'd never heard of Kevin Vander Kelen. Yet the company announced that AZNT products would be sold in 250 Sweet Factory outlets. That wasn't, ah, TRUE, Dave. We called to find out whether it was or not. Confirming the contents of a press release is not libel, nor is it harassment. Now. If you'd like to talk about "scurrilous" posts, how about the garbage you and your nasty friends have spent a month posting? You know, how I'm a woman with a criminal record living in Texas, eh? Now THAT is a lie. And it IS libel. Oh yeah, and remember the stuff over at RB? The affair I've been having with Andy Mann? More libel. The AZNT goons badly need to look in the mirror.
