Maybe he felt guilty? He purchased a big chunk of Loral right before the stock went south. I am not saying that this is a buy indicator (where the hell was he at $14?), but it does indicate he has growing confidence in their business. I have been only a spectator in Globalstar over the past 4 months. I guess you could have been making a mint trading this stock. I hope I get my opp to buy in lower or I will likely remain a spectator.

Goodboy: Bernie bought those shares with the big raise he got last year. Still makes me mad - his raises should be behind the stock price, not in front of it.

Oh, but his prices are behind the stock price - and will be even more so once they only have four birds untill commercial service.
