For those with short memories: Nilsson solved the problem with Qcom. Nilsson decided to cut 10% of the workforce. It is only that 6.500 of these cuts, (mainly within wireline, Mikka) which must be cut in Ericsson's overseas operations, were not chopped off.
What I think it is necessary it is to rein in the overseas operations where the feuds do not cooperating with the CEO.
