Hi all, just got off the phone with TRIT. One of the wire's did a typo, and missed a "0" in the figure of financing, it will be for 3 million. This is just the beginning stages of the funding, as Goodbody Int. will go out and now find the funds for Triden.

It most certainly won't be in the pennies, I was assured. They are looking at the $2-3 range for the equity placement. Right now it's not urgent that they get it, as currently the focus is on the Marfitech web design team getting up the in-house sites that were announced in todays PR. The mortgage one sounded like an instant money-maker, pre-approving lendors for a fee, and then providing the info to their realators or banks for approved amounts. G-7.net, from what I could tell sounded like an investment/financial site that will be directly marketed toward the results of the new SEC regulations involving OTC companies.

Other developments are coming soon:
1) The signing on of the PR/IR firm. They are in closing negotiations with a large, multi-site, company. This will mean rapid exposure to thousands of investors, as the firm is already well established in the investment community.

2) Jean and Marc are really putting out the hours getting things ready to go online, and talking with acquisition candidates in Canada and Latin America. These guys are true entreprenuers. travelsys.com will be the internet travel portal hub.

3)The WallStreetReporter interview. These guys just called up TRIT and interviewed them on the spot, no cost, free exposure. Another one, with a quite larger following will be interviewing TRIT in about a month, when more online material is available.

4)The acquisitions. Steve's leaving tomorrow for an extended trip to a number of locations to talk with the potential acquisitions. I didn't get any details, but from the sounds of it (being out 3 weeks) he's got more then a couple of stops planned, including the hiring of the new IR firm.

5)On the shares out. He said the 18 million figure was very close, and that 3 million shares were in the float. the float will not change anytime soon. The off-float shares are held by 3 individuals, and now Jean and Marc have theri 5 million. Their's are restricted for a year, Steve didn't forsee their intentions of selling until "maybe at $20." So we've got 3 million in the float, and that's not changing.

I honestly don't think that their is a better opportunity on the market today than TRIT. Their rapport with the MM's dealing their shares is in good standing (we won't have to worry about one of them going naked short") and their online presence here is consisitent and ongoing, very informative-- something the likes of that I've never seen before. With their great internet development team, who will be developing profitable ventures online, and this is a great one-month beginning, and like ON said, a groundfloor opportunity.

btw, Robert S. Hardy, CEO, Triden Telecom, Inc. can be reached at
903-581-2040 and he is a regular poster along with MarcB and "Wipeout" (Jean) of Marfitech on the raging bull thread...

good luck....
