Hi Les, Would that pipeline across Bulgaria end at the Black Sea? Would it involve loads of Black Sea tanker traffic and another pipeline - say to Batum - on the other side? Is a decent pipeline to Batum or thereabouts already in place? TIA Andy

Les, I am familiar some what whit the Caspian/Black Sea/ Turkey pipeline. I do not know were you found your article but It sounds a bit off. What I think is true there was an urgency to find a reason to prop up oil prices before Russia and other countries will implode. IMHO, the war was part of this. How can you imagine Russia sitting on the sidelines? BWDIK Haim

Les; <OT> It's all about money & oil in one way or another. I may not should repeat it but I will, the CIA was instigating the entire thing. I wrote about in 95, but no one was interested. The KLA was a mercenary force. Will someone tell me what and how the The Mujahedeen, who showed up in the Balkans all the way from Afghanistan got there if the CIA didn't sponsor them. ? I been asking that question for over 3 years and no one has answered it yet. We won't ever get the truth of all that went on there. Our news is more miss-information than it is news.
