From this Yahoo post, it appears IDTC has decided not to respond publicly. This is a continuation of a post from Yahoo I copied to the thread yesterdy. >>* IDT IR Continued...* by: voices_of_reason (39/M/New York, NY) 90072 of 90318 IR said that at this time they will not put out a release addressing this "non-issue". But gave me every reassurance that they will not let this issue continue to erode value without addressing it. 12) They also said that Balter, from NTOP was never an officer or director of Lermer -- that D&B was just flat wrong. 13) All of the Lermer dealings, etc. are all "arms-length" transactions approved by appropriate boards, etc. Go take a look at TSCM's homepage -- they will only let you look at these "provocative" articles if you pay them some hefty subscrtiption fees.
