NEWPORT BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 8, 1999--SBN.COM Thursday announced it has negotiated a
licensing agreement with popular Internet service provider and international telecommunications company, IDT Corp. IDTC .

Lee Bridges, SBN vice president of strategic alliances, reported that terms of the pact between the two companies calls for
installation at the IDT Web site (idt.net) a customized version of SBN's huge Online Yellow Pages with the two companies
sharing in the advertising revenues generated by the directory at the IDT location.

With headquarters in Hackensack, N.J., IDT is a leading provider of international and domestic long-distance telephone,
Internet access and global internet telephony services to customers throughout the United States and worldwide.

"The Online Yellow Pages is a natural addition to the services IDT already offers in the telecommunications field", Bridges
stated. "We believe it will also provide an important enhancement to furthering the company's penetration of that burgeoning
market."

SBN.COM's Online Yellow Pages has fast become the world's largest classified directory, with more than 1.5 million pages
including or linked to an estimated 50 million business listings. It is found on the Web sites of several hundred Internet service
providers and at more than 800 affiliate e-commerce sites nationwide.

An easy, free 30 day trial subscription is available as well. I'm not sure I would call $6.75 a month a 'hefty' subscription fee either.

Why weren't the folks who are crying about this article making the same claims about the faux buyout rumor? It makes me shake my head that there are so many people who judge 'morality' by the position they hold in a stock.
