Upgrades & Downgrades: They're down - ABOVENET, CYBERIAN...They're up -- DIGITAL RIVER, EARTHLINK EARTHLINK NETWORK (ELNK): Cruttenden Roth upgraded its rating on the shares of EARTHLINK NETWORK to a STRONG BUY from a BUY, owing to the company's large investments t build a large subscriber base, which the brokerage expects to pay off in a substantial business model. The company recently inked deals with MICROSOFT (MSFT), E*TRADE GROUP (EGRP) and EBAY (EBAY). The brokerage forecasts a loss of $0.60 per share for FY99 and EPS of $0.95 for FY00. For 2Q99, the brokerage forecasts a loss of $0.26 per share, a loss of $0.20 per share for 3Q99 and $0.00 for 4Q99. There were 12 new reports added to the Multex.com database last week.
