Armin, I agree a lawsuit might be in order. Not that I think it would be successful since no illegalities were alleged. Only sleazy insinuations and innuendo. However, as you suggest, it would be very interesting to look at the stock positions of the TSCM staff and their friends to see if they are holding positions in the stocks they write about. If so, that would be a clear conflict of interest.

One would not think they would be that stupid, but who knows?
