The current float is 7.8M shares, with short interest of 3M, giving shorts 38% of the float. Last month the float was slightly smaller, and the shorts slightly higher, yielding over 40% of shorts. Maybe you're thinking of the "days to cover" when you say you see 20. Anyway, I didn't think it was a very good question either so I didn't include it in the final letter. In fact it wasn't my question, except that I posted the 40% number. I've posted a copy of the final letter, which I sent to Pixar this morning, on the go.com board: boards.go.com
