Must have been 3 or 4 months ago....I have lost all track of time. I'm sure Howard could fill you in much better since he was very vocal about the situation at the time. Should have been a major clue to those around this thread at that time that something was POSSIBLY amiss here. My opinion only. Jane

I really hate to say this and by no means this is new news or is directed towards DGIV but......... Be careful investing in non-reporting companies that cannot verifiably keep their shareholders updated on company events. You own a part of the company and are entitled to the information. The warning signs are there. I only trade them, except for MDHM...and who knows I may be wrong about MDHM but at least they are readily reachable and their assets have been verified independently by others. Jane
