Jake I also spent a lot of money getting the house in conn ready for the real estate market and I figured that if I spent this much money I might as well invest in HD and get my money I spent.So far I am up $4000 and I did not spend that much to update the house so i am ahead a bit. Lowes is not even close to HD and been there checking out prices etc.I thought they would give HD stiff competition but after the dust settled HD lots are still full at least in Newington.. GO HD!
