TSIG.com Forms Agreement With the 4-H Clubs to Sell
myMusicCards For Fund-Raising; myMusicCards
Demonstrate Strong Appeal in Fund-Raising Programs for
American Youth

Business Wire - July 08, 1999 10:29

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 8, 1999--TeleServices International Group,
Inc. (OTC BB:TSIG), known as TSIG.com, announced today that its My MusicCard subsidiary has
entered into an agreement with The National 4-H Council, a charitable and educational organization
that works in cooperation with the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) to develop programs that
promote the development of American youth and their involvement in solving issues critical to their
lives, their families and society.

Under the agreement, the 6.5 million members of 156,000 local 4-H Clubs throughout the United
States will be able to sell customized, private-label myMusicCards for fund-raising purposes. The
revenues will be shared between TSIG.com and the 4-H Clubs. TSIG.com will also develop a
National 4-H Council Internet site to facilitate the fund-raising campaign.

The agreement supports TSIG.com's strategy to aggressively build its position in the marketplace by
partnering with companies that have a strong national presence. The buyers of the 4-H Club
myMusicCards will be able to purchase music CDs and cassettes at prices lower than major retail or
online sources.

"We are proud to be working with the youth of the 4-H Clubs to help them raise funds for their
community development programs. This agreement again confirms the appeal of the myMusicCard
concept for youth organizations," commented Robert Gordon, Chairman of TSIG.com. "Along with
the Babe Ruth League and Lifetime Learning Systems, the 4-H Clubs will provide broad national
exposure of myMusicCard to millions of America's youth."

TSIG.com's myMusicCard.com offers more than 250,000 music selections from a complete range of
artists, and focuses on serving the music needs of consumers. The site has the most robust search
capability of any music commerce site on the Web, enabling consumers to search by any combination
of artist, title, release date, song name and other criteria.

TSIG.com has established myMusicCard relationships with Babe Ruth League Baseball, a 900,000
member organization; the Tampa Bay Lightning and the Ice Palace, a National Hockey League
Franchise; Lifetime Learning Systems, the premier provider of corporate-sponsored educational
programs in more than 100,000 schools throughout the United States; the National Music Foundation;
The Entertainment Marketing Promotion Organization (TEMPO), which represents the corporate
premium and incentive services of PolyGram Records and Philips; USA Volleyball; and Future
Business Leaders of America.

About the 4-H Clubs

4-H was born in the early 1900s in response to the need for better agricultural education for young
people. In 1911, 4-H adopted its four-leaf clover emblem, symbolizing the four H's (Head, Heart,
Hands and Health). Today the community club model engages more than 6.5 million young people,
ages 5-19, in "learning by doing." The goal of 4-H is the development of youth as individuals and as
responsible and productive citizens. While continuing to serve rural youth, 4-H also works with diverse
groups of youth in urban and suburban locales.
