well I surely don't know of many net stocks that have any earnings at all.

I stopped reading finalcials long ago .... since the majority of traders don't even know what a financial statement is ... let alone bother to take the time and read them.

IMAGINON OUTLINES PLANS TO LAUNCH
HIGH BANDWIDTH INTERNET PORTAL
AT 1999 ISPCON CONFERENCE IN OCTOBER

October 1999 launch of the next generation Internet portal www.IMON.com is designed to showcase ImaginOn's patented technology for advanced on-line research, interactive movies and gameplay,
interactive travel planning and video e-commerce;

Company to offer memberships to small businesses, schools and individuals who want to "live at a higher bandwidth"; memberships will be free to customers who sign-up for ImaginOn's new high speed Internet access package.

SAN CARLOS, CALIFORNIA, July 15, 1999 — ImaginOn, Inc. (NASDAQ: IMON) today announced announced plans to launch in October 1999 a high bandwidth, high value added Internet portal that will be enabled by its patented Transformational database Processing & Playback technology. The portal, www.IMON.com, will be unveiled at the 1999 ISPCON
Conference in San Jose, California, where it will showcase the high bandwidth capabilities of ImaginOn's proprietary technology in a wide variety of user applications, including advanced on-line research, interactive movies and gameplay, interactive travel planning and video e-commerce applications.

An outline of the Company's portal plan was discussed last night with callers who participated in the ImaginOn Town Hall Meeting that was webcast live over the Internet by VCall. For those who missed the live broadcast, an audio transcript will be available at imaginon.com on July 21, 1999.

The goal of the new portal, according to ImaginOn Chief Executive Officer David Schwartz, is to make the Internet easier and more productive for small business, educational institutions, and individuals. "We have consistently stated that the true value of
our technology can only be realized in a high bandwidth environment," Schwartz said today. "Our new high speed Internet facility allows us to create a portal for those businesses, schools and individuals who want to live at a higher bandwidth. We are taking our WebZinger Research Engine, WorldCities 2000 Series of interactive travel planners, sellONstream video e-commerce solutions and Resorts 2000 virtual destinations and incorporating each as an integral part of our new portal."

ImaginOn anticipates that revenues will be generated by ISP services, license agreements, memberships, advertising, and commissions stemming from video e-commerce sales. Memberships in the IMON portal community will be made available free of charge to businesses, schools, and individuals who connect to the Internet through ImaginOn's wholly-owned subsidiary, INOW Internet Services. Those who choose to connect through other ISPs can join the IMON portal community for a fixed monthly fee that will be announced in October. According to Schwartz, a feature that is likely to drive portal memberships in
the short-run is the debut of the on-line version of the WebZinger Research Engine, which will feature support for Real Audio and Video, MP3 and quicker, more efficient audio and video retrieval.

IMAGINON REPORTS FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR
SECOND QUARTER PERIOD ENDING JUNE 30, 1999
Company's net loss for the period narrows slightly.

SAN CARLOS, CALIFORNIA, July 15, 1999 — ImaginOn, Inc. (the "Company") (NASDAQ: IMON) today announced preliminary financial results for the second quarter period ending June 30, 1999. Final results for the period may change prior to the Company's 10Q filing with the Securities & Exchange Commissionon or before August 15, 1999.

According to ImaginOn Chief Executive Officer David Schwartz, the Company achieved increased quarterly net revenues of $77,222 and gross profits of $33,251, up sharply from its first quarter results of $13,701 in net revenues and $2,469 in gross profit. The Company's net loss for the second quarter narrowed to $1,562,644 from a first quarter net loss of $1,721,300.

In discussing today's results, Schwartz noted that, while the overall revenues and gross profits were still small, "The sharp rate of growth in both revenues and gross profits is encouraging and expected to continue as the Company integrates its acquisition of both INOW Internet Services and Imagine Digital Productions into ongoing operations, increases revenues from its new high speed Internet access packages, and launches new products like the WebZinger 7.0 Research Engine in September 1999, the IMON.COM high bandwidth Internet portal in October 1999, and new Resorts 2000 advertiser-supported CD-ROMS later this year."

According to Schwartz, the Company's net losses, while narrowing, are expected to continue for the foreseeable future as investments in infrastructure development, R&D, marketing, and general administration will continue as the Company executes its fast-growth strategy.
