I would like this moment to thank Gil Amelio for instilling enough confidence in me to hold Apple. In 1996 when it was around 16, I bought. My heart sank as I saw the stock drop to $12 and I really questioned my status as a one of Mac followers. But Gil Amelio showed me the way as he promised signs of the recovery to be seen by October 1997. I held. Today I am quite satisfied. Amazing what can be accomplished with faith. Where's the 60 party going to be? I hope we have it after July 24th. I should be back in town by then. -Bill_H
