Well, we all said it before. If Jimmy is a lunatic, he's now headed to jail. If he is holding is cards too close, now he's forced to lay them on the table. It could ultimately be very good for us if he does have some contracts etc. If he doesn't then - BAMMM! Wez deeaaaad!! NO INBETWEEN here. I hate that this happen to DIGITCOM, but they were asking for it.

I don't think they are allowed to release News now. However there was once this oil drilling stock and the CEO did reply to the SEC's action. Sorry Ouch! I think Jimmy would be a dummy to go on public TV and make those comments if it wasn't true! Well I was just trying to see if they would take a few shares and they have not budged so we are indeed halted. Regards, Mark :-(

I am at a loss for words. I have been trying to find them for the last hour and this will be the best I can do. Clearly we have a bad situation going on. Either Digitcom has some explaining to do or the SEC does. Personally I have a hard time believing either would do wrong. I realize that if nothing good comes from this investigation we will tank and alot of people will get hurt here. However this could be a point where Digitcom's hand is forced. We as shareholders will finally get to see the real Digitcom good or bad. I for one have had bad experiences in the investing world but something here tells me different. I will stay optimistic and realize that if Digitcom is cleared we will be just fine. In fact it could actually be a catapult to greater things. Someone said in a post not long ago that there is no quick way to getting rich. Isn't that the truth. This has been no easy ride. EVERYONE OUT THERE ASK YOURSELF THIS QUESTION. Do you all think that Jimmy Chin has been lying about all his efforts and held on to all his shares? Roger Tempelton? Do you really believe they would dream this all up to get a go straight to jail card when it was all over? I think that there is probably some question about the latest run up of volume. Why now? If it was a result of out of country buying that is not regulated by the SEC then Digitcom would be cleared of dissemination of information. I am going to relax and let the chips fall where they may. I don't have a choice the SEC is in control of the situation anyway. I am hoping this is a bump in the road however I am prepared for the worse. I still say we are in for that wild ride we have all been waiting for. Lets just hope the SEC comes to a favorable conclusion so the ride is in the right direction. Best wishes to all the longs here.
