yup.

I would also like to hear the thoughts of some of the other fine folk who hang out on this thread. Inasmuch as I believe this will be an ongoing process I am also interested in people's thinking on the subject.

I have written by email to the GNET general counsel outlining the situation. He replied promptly thanking me for brining the issue to his attention and saying he would address the issues soon. So I'm prepared to wait for his response before posting further on this issue, since most of the pertinent concerns have been aired already.
