The Military has so many sophisticated weapons they do not need many ground troops. We have very strong Swat Teams in every city in the nation. The Neutron Bomb destroys civilians and leaves the buildings standing. Look at the Defense Budget.

Yes, but we still need trained manpower to operate the system; equipment, both new and replenishment to make the system work, and weapons. Plus, the training mechanisms and logistics to support a world superpower.

And where is SDI? The current and potential threats should dictate that we go full speed ahead with an SDI program. It has been shelved with Clinton and defense budget cuts in favor of social programs.

You have heard of the George Bush NWO. Have you heard of a group of World Leaders meeting recently???? They must make this work.

Yes, but Clinton is also pushing the NWO. I am worried since it threatens national sovereignty of all nations. Clinton's perception is that the international enforcement of social issues will make national borders less important. I am not sure of Bush's perception
at this time.
