Gee-Wee, you're digging yourself into a deeper hole with every post. You might want to take a break! Let me see if I can put this in simple terms for you.
ROI works like this. You invest capital and you get the capital back plus more more. The more is known as the ROI. :-) In BII's case there is no ROI because they've invested the capital and produced a $27M and counting loss to date. This means there is NO ROI.
PS: are you saying that BII's loss to date is an indication that the pieces are falling into place?
