While welcoming the launch of the card, Pannir Selvam cautioned that many banks were faced with overdues on card payments ... I have heard of one bank in India that "solves" this "problem" -- by staffing its Public Relations department with "goondas"! Since the court system is clogged and cases never get resolved in glorious India, i.e. Bhaarat, "out of court settlements" like sending a bunch of goondas after the customer is the only way out. And if they caught hold of a "Pannir Selvam" and beat him up, when they were actually supposed to be looking for a "Panneer Selvam" -- well, tough luck! That is a small price that one has to pay for living in India, i.e. Bhaarat, the land of milk and honey! ;-)
