Yes - add an alert on the "% in Range" field. When this hits 100, it means the stock has traded at the high of the day; zero is the day's low. Same thing goes for the "% in Yearly Range" field - an alert here at 100 or zero will tell you when a stock makes a new 1-year high or low, respectively.
