This feels like a nightmare right now...but as with all good nightmares, I hope we wake up from it and break the odds and return to active trading...soon.

I couldn't agree more...

Although, it does appear that the suspension is information related rather than due to any sudden volume or price increase.

The Commission ordered this trading suspension because questions have been raised about the adequacy and accuracy of publicly disseminated information concerning Digitcom Interactive Video Network, relating to the company's financial condition and the nature or existence of agreements and contracts with overseas private and governmental entities.

Clearly, the SEC suspects that information given out by Digitcom has either been wrong or misleading.

This is somewhat puzzling since the company has not released news in quite some time. Could it be related to the TV appearance? The information that has come out of IR? Maybe it is based on old releases?

Interesting part here, though: relating to the company's financial condition.

The only thing that I can remember the company PR'ing about financial condition would be the about the release of financial information (which never happened)... that is quite old and it is hard to understand why the SEC would halt based on that...

I just wish that we could get more specific information from the SEC...

The problem may not be the suspension (if, in fact, DGIV has done nothing wrong). Look at DCTC, which was halted for two weeks in May,
did what the SEC required, and still is not trading. The kicker is the
paperwork the MMs have to submit to handle the stock after the suspension expires. I would guess that even if DGIV can answer the
SEC's questions, it will be longer than two weeks before we trade
again.

Arlan ... wishing everyone the best

P.S. DCTC is trading on the pink sheets but not the OTC.
