IndioBlues, Do you live in Indio? I used to drive through Indio every time coming and going from college... Let's see what I can "dredge up" on capital budgets. There are a lot of factors changing the playing field in action here for both oil and natural gas.

For example, and it has gotten no press anywhere, Gov. George Bush, Jr. of Texas two days ago signed the electrical deregulation law into effect in Texas. In fact there are already 30 generating projects announced for construction within the State of Texas already....these are mostly natural gas generating units and major facilities to boot...
