You clowns. Now let's talk trash. The guy who shorted 30 July 15s is sweating bricks. The stock is sensitive to the upside. It may be getting ready to drop to 12, but that doesn't do the guy short those calls at 11 steenths any damn good. He keeps thinking "oh my god, what if there's a tender? It shouldn't have jumped up like that"! He hasn't covered so please tell me how much it costs in your psychology. This sort of nonsense drains your precious bodily fluids and it is why traders rarely last 5 years. Well, the guy is long 3000 shares so he's protected. Protected completely out of participation if the stock gets bought for 30 and protected against any upside move. But think how much he could gain: $56.25 x 30 = $1680.75 less commish max. No small change for a patzer. It's clear, he's got to cover, but it's only 6 trading days to go. Should he, or shouldn't he? Only his broker knows for sure! Six days in hell for 1600 bucks. He'd walk a mile for a Camel.
