Pluvia: In terms of sbtk, can you point me to a few references/posts which elucidate some of your reasons for not liking it. I have a suspicion, and have seen some things, but am in the midst of sorting them out. Do you maintain a pos in ABTE ? it would seem a likely candidate for trouble. imo Appreciate your past research on srcm. Finally, in terms of srcm, do you have a target date in mind for this puppy and what do you feel is holding it up currently ? thanks

G'day Steve, The tone of your message is one the seems to indicate the news is very close at hand. Since there are put options available on SBTK, those of us who choose that route instead of an outright short are a bit more interested in timing. Are you able to provide anything for us in regards to the timing of the news? This week? One of your messages over on Yahoo leads me to believe the news wont be until the next 10Q which I believe wont be until mid-august. Can you share anything regarding timing? thanks as always, tom
