Anyone follow GUMM ($12)? Did a $6m floorless deal in June. Looks like a POS/T3F to me. PS I am short TMSR.

Greg, actually there should be weakness into the period )a good 10 days before, the start of the repricing period) and then some holding. It will be interesting if the "street" support CMGI staunchly, and everyday at the end of the day they bring the price back up. That would be a day trader's paradise. You know, Greg, being "English Challenged", I am forced to read this legalese almost word for word, thus those small details rarely escape (VBG). Zeev
