Sorry to dissapoint you but the outstanding shares increase is technically already approved and I am almost 100% sure that there will be no open discussions with attending shareholders. I was also informed as a precaution from disgruntled investors TSIG has hired Mr. T as RG/PH's personal bodyguard.

OK then, when I call them and ask questions I'll keep whatever information they answer with to myself and those few that care. I'll leave all further information gathering for the public to others or you just can wait for the scheduled reports to come out.
