Steve:

I share your concerns.

IDTC seems to be a great business, run by a very smart guy whose ethics are somewhat questionable. My feeling is he runs the company like he owns it - not entirely as a public company should be run.

This is consistent with Jonas' acute entrepreneurial instincts. He makes quick shift business changes on his own advice. He loans money to friends from all of us shareholders. He makes deals with whomever -if he makes a profit it doesn't matter with whom. He's happy to leave loads of customers unsatisfied, since it's more cost effective to serve the undemanding ones. He benefits from relationships with people who I would not touch.

IDTC has some great business lines, and is highly agile in the telecom marketplace. There is a huge potential. Unfortunately, that goes along with a 'trust and consistency' risk - we will never be fully comfortable and will always have these off-color goings on and we'll ever be sure exactly what business IDTC is in.

We invest in Mr. Jonas entrepreneurial skills, knowing he cannot be 100% fully trusted.

I highly recommend reading Jonas' book, "On a Roll". It is very revealing.

I remain long IDTC, but uncomfortable. I wish to hell Mr. Hawaii60 would truthfully reveal his identity and relationship with IDTC, if he has not already done so. He's just adding to my discomfort.
