Hi Sam... Why suspend now?? Amother one of thse unsanswerable questions... When I brought up the "financial condition" section of the statement, it was just pondering on my part. I do recall them releasing 1997 year end financial information via a PR in early to mid 1998. As I recall, the had a net of just under $300K. More to the point has been the promise of the release of financials via PR and via verbal statements by IR... and then no follow through. If this contributed to the SEC's actions, it seems that they are indeed a very slow moving organization... But then again, if the SEC has halted DGIV based on ANY PR issued, I would consider the SEC very slow since it has been so long since the company has issued any written communication of that nature.
