I haven't seen the details, but past history indicates that A.G. Edwards will toss around upgrades and downgrades regularly based upon valuation.

Anyone have any details on the AG Edwards downgrade?

They also downgraded Lucent #reply-10428288 so it's probably an industry-wide thing.

Princeton, New Jersey, July 7 (Bloomberg Data) -- Tellabs Inc. (TLAB US) was downgraded to ''maintain position'' from ''accumulate'' by analyst David Heger at A.G. Edwards & Sons Inc.
