I agree about not posting on thestreet.com. It will only increase their page views and give false validity to the article.
I will ignore thestreet.com completely.

Looks like thestreet.com is trying very hard to get attentions from the media and mass. Four articles in two days on IDTC over some not-so-important issue and IDTC is actually a stock that Cramer has never heard before.

They believe the caught a big fish???

Five more block trades since last report...95K in four trades at bid or below, 13K in one trade at ask or better. They're selling today. I believe today may be the heaviest block trading I've ever seen in this stock. Remember that this is a stock with an avg daily block volume of about 2 or 3...today 40. Looking like no news this week unless it comes tonight. Are we still expecting the IPO next week? Hate to bail at the bottom...course in this case if I did you guys would probably be all set.

I have not personally sent any correspondence to TheStreet.com or any other publication. I too feel that all of the vitrol being tossed around is only giving TSCM a lot of free publicity. I printed the e-mail address only because it was requested. What would be very helpful though would be just some factual disclosure from IDTC on basic terms of the deal-amount outstanding, use of proceeds, ongoing transactions between IDTC and the borrower, etc. I have looked at the 10-K, the new $150 million Credit Agreement and latest 10-Q and am coming up very short on the facts. For instance, I have not seen (although I may have missed it) the name of the corporation that is the borrower under the facility or the involvement of insiders (although such connections should have been disclosed in SEC filings). It would be great then for IR to give us just the facts, no commentary, no "it's all a mistake release" just a nice recitation of the facts.
