More on the OTC BB -- they have a list of companies that were supposed to be compliant with the new rules as of July 1, but who aren't. Their ticker symbols have been changed, an 'E' has been added to the end, and they will probably be delisted in 30 days or so. Take a look at otcbb.com

Spoke to Roger yesterday and did ask him about being pink-sheeted.

He emphatically said that they are going to meet all listing requirements soon, definitely much before the November deadline.

Now, this happens. I am getting over the initial shock; may be, SEC stopped them to look into the heavy volume last week. If that's the case, and Digitcom has no control over foreign entities, how will this affect DGIV stock?
Any hopes??
