IMO, the stock is down because of the news posted on Bloomberg that NT experienced delays in shipping optical networking equipment in April and May.

Has anyone noticed that NT's price generally behaves strangely. Frequently when there is a fall in price, next day's newspapers (Canadian) talk about "profit-taking" but the price always seems to drop below what profit-taking warrants. And then it stays down too long. Maybe something to do with how the price is manipulated by mm's -- Canadian style? I'm just guessing here. Long term holder/trader of this and other techs. Cheers.
