*OT* Either a clear indication of a mania or an indictment of fund manager performance:

Monkey Trumps Wall Street; Dart-Throwing Monkey Scores 55 Percent Gain In Six Months

BUSINESS WIRE - July 08, 1999 13:16
LOS ANGELES, Jul 8, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE via COMTEX) -- Raven, the dart-throwing monkey with her own Web site, showed up many of Wall Street's finest with her 55 percent gain for the first six months of the year.

"It's all in the wrist action," stated Raven. A Web site and index have been created to monitor her performance. The Web site and index can both be found at www.monkeydex.com.

MonkeyDex is the Internet's first index of Internet stocks picked by an actual monkey. MonkeyDex was created in January of 1999 when Raven, a six-year-old female monkey, tossed darts at a dartboard of 133 Internet-related stocks. Incredibly, her picks for the first six months of the year increased 55 percent.

"She doubled the performance of the Dow and the Nasdaq composite," stated Roland Perry, editor of the Internet Stock Review and creator of the MonkeyDex. "Not bad considering she wasn't able to participate in any of the hot new issue offerings," he added.

Raven's picks, which will be selected and updated annually, currently include AudioHighway (Nasdaq: AHWY), CMGI Inc. (Nasdaq: CMGI), iMall (Nasdaq: IMAL), Inktomi (Nasdaq: INKT), ISS Group (Nasdaq: ISSX), Kushner-Locke (Nasdaq: KLOC), Lycos (Nasdaq: LCOS), Netspeak (Nasdaq: NSPK), Onsale (Nasdaq: ONSL) and Ozemail, which merged with MCI WorldComm (WCOM).

A popular stock picker, Raven has been interviewed and/or written up by Reuters, CBS MarketWatch, British Broadcasting Corp. (BBC), the Boston Herald, CNN en Espanol, South China Post, ABC Australian, the Atlanta Constitution and more.

Challo,

>>>> the oex hit 713 this am. a/d are still negative. Has this intraday pullback satisfied your sell signals? <<<<

Yes the minimum requirements on the CLASS SELL signals were fullfilled, and with the DOW down 90 intraday, that will also fulfill
the DAY 3 pattern.

Day 3 should be about as negative as DAY 1, which was the case so far.
