HRBC and UBID. . . . .

HRBC

Kaliico, HRBC has Paul Allen as one of their investors, so it is hard not to like it. I don't really have a comment on the news, sorry.
It did have a little run up this week. . .could have been in anticipation of the news, which brought the sell. What HRBC does exactly is not easy for many to understand. . . I am still not sure I do.

HRBC, a worldwide supplier of Electronic Commerce software, services and solutions. . .was selected by NEC to . . .outsource its electronic supply chain management. . .

Well, that explains it. . . I guess.

UBID

Turns out UBID had to give MALL shareholders a bunch of stock about one month ago. This is rather weird, because I cannot find it in the Edgars. . .searching back as far as I can stand it. . . I have looked in a half dozen stock data services, which all have outstanding at 9.1 mil and float at 1.6 mil. But according to the June 6 UBID news, many millions were given to MALL shareholders.

The questions are: Did these shares come out of the current outstanding? Are they over and above the outstanding known by the public? Can they be traded? Where did they come from and where did they go? And why is it so difficult for investors to find this information?
