That's immaterial at this point. The fundamental reality is declining expectations for rising profits at rising economies of scale versus rising costs to implement scale under effective upward adjustments in previously estimated costs. Competition doesn't help and cable consternation everywhere is causing the red flags of doubt to fly. I'd say the next target is high 20s with an eventual deterioration to 20. The FED "tightening" with coupon passes has only exacerbated the degenerating psychology. This will be an ongoing circumstance since your FED will do anything to maintain a deteriorating prosperity. Confirmation can be seen in the similar case of LVLT. There is no way that one can justify its absurd valuation either.
