what? bubbleboy promises this with his actions. the market declines and, voila, a couple rate cuts the day before those options expire and we're off to the races. bubbleboy says he can control any down side to the market. the people are behaving this way b/c bubbleboy is telegraphing a promise that the markets won't go down.

after all, the market is all wise and you can't know a bubble until after it is over. maybe this isn't a bubble? hmmmmmmmmm!

bubbleboy has promised - even if he hasn't done so in a few words.
