I have been made aware from a "good source" that Lucent/X-Stream lawyers are studying some comments you have recently made on SI about Lucent's involvement with X-Stream. As someone who has an interest in XSNI shares and who used to provide info for people on many BB's I have been contacted and I have been asked to provide them with your address which I don't have. My response to Mr. Manning's NYC attorney: Dear After I spoke with you today, I received the following email; this MikeLangdon has been the "inside" boy posting on Hemscott in the UK which is where I found him and his information on XSNI he admitted to getting information and being close to the "people in the know". anyway, he sent me this today, which I see as intimidation and threatening. That xstream UK didn't want to answer questions about the Lucent deal is fine - it is all laid out at the Lucent website - they are public and is where I got the Lucent information, all I asked Mr. Manning for was verification and some elucidation. That he or someone at xstream UK uses threatening tactics when they are asked questions, is all the more reason to be suspicious of the intent of this XSNI listing. This is just my ignorant opinion, but this is NOT the first threat I have received and there are those who have offered to intervene in my behalf should Mr. Manning or any of the parties want to take any legal action. It appears to me that perhpas I was getting too close to information not desired to be released? Well, I like my knees and would appreciate it if you could get your client to mind their manners and keep their employees who are divulging information on a leash.
