I don't know, didn't hear anything about that. Dorfman is an old guy, used to comment for CNBC, and sort of semi-retired a few years ago amidst health problems and rumors of involvement in some stock scandal. He was cleared from all suspicion I believe, and has no SEC restrictions or complaints against him. This was all discussed in thestreet.com piece.
