Claude

Don't start raining on my parade <gggg>. I called the head of medsite.com and also talked to the IR girl for the company. Both told me that the IPO was set for early fall but couldn't give me an exact date because one has not been set yet. I agree that bad times are coming for the market...however I think it will take a Fed move to really get things crashing. The next Fed move/announcement will likely not happen until late fall at the next major meeting. Hopefully the medsite.com IPO can beat them to the punch. Even if the medsite.com IPO is a flop (I don't think it will be) we still have $21 or so million to play with and JDX can always use the option of not converting the shares and getting back their money (plus a huge 8% <ggg>)

So far JDX is still holding strong above the .70. I just hope the support and market will hold until the deal is done or the IPO comes out.

Best Regards
KEITH

medsite.com IPO 'this fall' - #reply-10213124 ... we haven't seen a firm date yet.
This is a concern, that jdx does its deal just as millennium panic sets in. But it could be millennium euphoria too, ya never know .. whatever it is, it will pass, as all things must. And we'll still have the capital, and the savvy management.
Nice grub, 666 ... quite appropriate for a post on y2k concerns -g-
