No, I do not. If they respond it lends credibilty to the accusations and puts them on every wire service. It also jeopardizes any opportunity the company may have to sue for damages on behalf of itself or shareholders. Theory being that the Street.com so far is the one who has done the damage. Few wire services have picked it up. However if IDT responds and regurgitates them and releases that to the wire services. The street.com could claim later that IDT exacerbated the damages.
