I think it is possible also, but the billers would not save any stamps. They still have to send out individual bills even if they are in bulk (sure they could save a little money), but the USPS also charges by the pound. In addition, the systems aren't set up to bulk mail consumer bills to one location. It is a lot harder than you may think. In addition Billers hate this Idea because billers love to send inserts in with the bills.

Actually I don't know too many details, just what I know from over the years. The patent does mostly with the risk model associated with making consumer bill payment, I'm not sure it would apply to this case, but something to always keep in mind.
