Now for the fun part. As of April 30, Intuit had $1.8 billion in cash, short-term investments and marketable securities. Some of
the latter, through ownership of stock in Excite@Home (Nasdaq:ATHM - news) and CheckFree Holdings (Nasdaq:CKFR - news), has since been sold.

Could this mean that Intuit had sold some CKFR and now is buying it back? If so, they may still be under 20%. But wouldn't they have had to file papers to sell in the first place? Hope this helps somewhat,

Erik
