So you seem to think there is a legal duty to post an opinion before telling anyone else. Well, what else would a person who believes these threads are the center of the investing universe believe?

Pluvia first posted his "warnings" about SBTK after market close on June 14

Close, but not quite.

But that would make you part of his self-proclaimed "group",

Learn a different tune, will ya? This one was getting old last week. This week it's beginning to grow mold. Next week it will be in the latter stages of decay. Try to bring up something new.

FYI... "Steve Pluvia"...

I don't if this will help clarify the world of "Steve Pluvia"... but apparently his "profession" is going from thread to thread in an attempt to bring stock prices down. In other words, he's (or appears to be, at least) the exact opposite of a stock touter. And, as a stock touter profits from the stock going up, "Steve Pluvia," as a serial shorter, profits from the stock going down. It is a fascinating "profession." Made possible by the Web and its veil of anonymity.

I know nothing about SBTK. It could be a good company... it could be a bad one. I just know that Pluvia spent some time on the WAVX thread... and made several unsubstantiated claims regarding WAVX competitors, etc. And added an ounce or two of the usual shorter venom for good measure.

Here's an interesting link about "Steve Pluvia." And, remember, whether on the LONG or SHORT side, it is ALWAYS (at least) suspicious when someone jumps from thread to thread repeatedly FOR YEARS in an attempt to extract short-term gains. When one is in such a mode--due diligence isn't the order of the day... trying to quickly move the price (or the sentiment which influences the price) one way or another IS.

Read the entire article, please. It isn't a slam against "Steve Pluvia." But, it should give you some insight into the nature of his game.
