If only more people were like you, Patwrk! By the way, it's not a new tactic, but I am seeing it more and more with the most solid of BB companies. It makes you wonder why people "fall for it". DD on the bigger companies is really pretty easy. Look what everyone did to verify that the posting from Skinner really was FROM Skinner. you said: <I learned to recognize to my advantage when this manipulation was happening and position myself to benefit since you can't really stop either the manipulators nor the ignorant reaction by retail investors/speculators. To access credibility of a negative post, I often review posts by the same person on other threads. The 'true colors' usually show. If the negative post appears valid, then I go directly to the company, get my "big time' broker involved, and 'talk' to as many other knowledgeable investors as possible before taking any significant action.>
