Anthony, There is NO federal law banning gambling on the Internet as of the present time. The only applicable law in the United States is the Wireline Act of 1961 which prohibits telephonic wagering and while this may eventually be extended to the Internet and the wireless infrastructure, to date it does NOT apply. At last check there were however, eight states that have declared it unlawful for their citizens to gamble on the Internet. Starnet, while at present could legally accept business from the United States elected not to do so because of future legal uncertainties, their status as a publicly traded company here in the United States, their banking ties along with other concerns.

Suffice it say, I highly doubt you personally would have entrusted your money playing blackjack with a company laden with very bad people and criminals! Would you be so kind to name some of these supposed bad apples for us?
