I think the deal is still on...if it ever was.... it takes time to deal with funerals and all that....and a new team I can't imagine...someone setting all this up as a big ruse... but if so.....I lose.....have quite a bit of this stock...and will buy more at the first sign of life... just holding now... mary...

A couple of things though.. first, Select-shopper would have to do a reverse merger with agrs, this has not happened yet, so we own agrs not select shopper. That was supposed to happen in june according to the 14a. Second, I spoke to Gil Carolino, he did the Web site work. He said the projest was dropped when Terry died. Also he did not know what the hell I was talking about when I mentioned he was listed as Secretary of the Select-shopper. He wondered and I quote " what is that all about". This alone make me wonder if this is all kosher. I have been unable to get ahold of Shelia herself. Rayw
